Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the sensitive nature of research-use-only (RUO) materials, all sales are final except as expressly provided below. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, unused product may be eligible for return only if you notify us within 5 business days of delivery and the return is approved by us in advance.
To qualify:
- Product must be unopened, unused, untampered, and in its original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping via a trackable carrier.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $35 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Returns sent without prior authorization.
- Requests made after the 5-business-day notification window.
Order Issues (Incorrect or Incomplete Orders)
If your order arrives incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Photos of the outer box and inner packaging.
- A photo of the vial label (including batch/lot number, if present).
- A description of the issue and the affected quantities.
After review, we may provide a replacement of the same item or a store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not available for order-issue claims.
Contact Us First (Chargebacks)
If you experience any problem with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it. For properly delivered orders governed by this policy, filing an unauthorized chargeback may result in us providing the order records, delivery confirmation, and this policy to the payment processor, and may restrict future orders.
